Getting BIBLACHOL

Tamar, a Canaanite woman given to marriage into the line of Judah found herself among a people that were not her own. In a series of unfortunate events that started when God killed her husband, and spiraled down from there. Tamar, a badass in her own right, had the resolve, cunning, and tenacity to go after what she thought was rightfully owed her no matter what! Spoiler alert: This allowed her, a non Israelite, to take her place in the lineage of Jesus himself! 

Also, I dive deep into the back of my home bar (aka I was running low on stock) and drink some E&J Brandy while discussing the roots of this often neglected spirit!
